Carla Elliot
Born: 6/15/1977. She has brown hair, Blue Eyes and is 5’5” tall.
As a newly powered meta in September of 2002 she approached Grimes for training. At that time she was working as an administrative assistant for a small Chicago Company. She is the one who had the premonition about the attack on the military convoy in September 2002. At that time she used her power to find Grimes and warn him. ISF team (Team Infinity) hired her to be the ‘receptionist’ on October 1, 2002.
As of 8/12/2006 she is office manager for Infinite Solutions Foundation and Team Infinity. She has become much better with her talents and has begun to make noises about becoming a field agent.
