He was born 1/1/1907 and is apparently a Meta-Human. He is a FULL Gadgeteer in the Classic Comic Book sense. He can make things which work for no one but him and/or only work while he is present. When first encountered in 2005 he looked as if he might be 60. He is a bit crazy. He has a multitude of skills. He built the Meta / Monster Maker gadget in 1950 and wrote about it in March 1953. | |||
In late 2007, he build a dimension traveling device. He and his friend [[Dallas:Characters:Stan Wilhelm|Stan Wilhelm]], left in early 2008 to go exploring. As of January 2013 they had not returned. | |||

Igor is a mad scientist and inventor. He has a laboratory/workshop at Love Field on the property of Jeremy Grant.
He was the author/artist of story in Astonishing Tale #1, about mysterious Transmissions used to turn normal people into Super-beings and/or Monsters. In 2005 official records showed him to be 98 years old and living in an asylum in London England.
