The Exchange
This is the principal national and international employment agency for criminally-inclined metahumans.
The Exchange works with prospective clients to find suitable employees for any job. They do not limit themselves to criminal activities, though few law-abiding organizations will deal with them. Though few of he contracts they negotiate are for legal assignments, many are not destructive. Industrial espionage and harassment are frequent missions.
