The occurrence of those with special powers is about 10 per million - which means about 60,000 possible on the planet. How many are active is another question. It is currently thought to be a mid-range number (Most figure around 40 thousand or so).
General Facts about the World
- It is in a ‘SUPER oriented’ dimensional cluster.
- The world has Mana, Meta, and PSI at levels which are commonly referred to as normal, although some of the natural laws governing them may be slightly different.
- It’s physical laws also make extraordinary technology possible.
- Local time at Teams arrival will be 9/28/2002 but technology is 30 to 40 years ahead of the Hawaii R&R Headquarters.
- Local history is generally like that of the R&R world but "Super Humans' appeared in 1940. This has of course caused some significant differences and explains why the world is technically more advanced than the Hawaii R&R Headquarters world.
