Ed Towers - Dallas Area Crime Boss - In Prison
Local Dallas mid level crime figure. He was involved in several investigations during the Dallas team's origin mission. The events occuring in April 2001 resulted in his arrest. His trial started on in November 2001.
He was convicted and started his prison term in 2002. It looks like this will be a very long stay. Just how much say he maintains over his former territory is unknown.
