Gateway
Wide open trade city at the eastern end of the Union Pass. Currently has its own King. It is NOT part of any of the myriad, everchanging kingdoms of the Troubled Lands. Its importance and wealth have kept it free thus far. That and the rumors of alliances with Elves, Dwarves, and Winged Ones.
