Mistress Ninja is a meta-villain who operated in the Chicago area up to the end of 2002. She has Super human hand eye coordination, Intangibility, super ventriloquism, and can hold her breath for hours. She also uses a PSI-crossbow as a weapon.

In 2002 after the Attack on the Military Convoy she escaped from Team Infinity (TI) by becoming intangible just before striking the ground. Her momentum took her pretty deep and by the time she got back up the fight was done and every one was gone. She was captured by TI at the Climatic battle with the Dragon.
