The Conglomerates
A series of Criminal organizations which may be related. The exact make up of each one may vary widely. They always include at least six meta-humans who present the public face of the group. The behind the scenes members have numbered from several dozen to several hundred.
There is some debate concerening the Global Conglomerate. Some law enforement experts believes that it may still be operating although no hard proof of that has been found in over 20 years.
