The Moana Loa Hilton, located near Wainea on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, is a retreat, training, and recuperation site for Infinite Solutions personal. In this reality it will not be the primary mission staging point. That point will be in Chicago at the ISF HQ. However, all IS personnel are assigned a room; and agents may still make the hotel their primary residence, but this is not a requirement. This hotel may be used by all ISF personnel in this reality as well as any Hawaii (Earth WAE 779777778-1-B400600) Based or Nomadic agents Enigma brings in.

The Moana Loa Hilton will offer all the services you would expect in a fine hotel, such as a concierge, room service, maid and laundry service, and so forth. Other facilities and services include:

• Coffee Shop
• Enigma's office

Located on the mezzanine floor.

• The TipTop

Revolving restaurant atop the hotel.

• Gymnasium
• Helipads

Three on the ground, on the far side of the parking lot. A fourth is on the roof of the hotel, for easy access to the ISF Hawaii Clinic

• ISF Hawaii Clinic

Occupies the top three floors of the hotel beneath the Flywheel restaurant.

• Locator Board

This is located near the front desk. It contains an entry for every active Hawaii based IS agent. It indicates which agents are currently off on a mission. For agents not on a mission, it gives whatever location and contact information the agent has indicated.

• Miracle Technologies

A branch office of Miracle Tech is located in the basement of the hotel. These are the folks that make 'black holes', among other things.

• Transportation Room

This is located next to the Miracle Tech offices. This room will provide transport to the ISF HQ in Chicago, Il, U.S.A or the Lampton Hotel in Boston, Ma. U.S.A.. May only be used by designated personnel. (See Transport Schedule for scheduled travel times)

• Next Chance Bar

The Next Chance is located on the ground floor. The chief bartender is Solomon. The Next Chance is a frequent meeting, recruiting, and post-mission winding-down spot for IS agents.

• Shooting range

Located a short walk from the hotel. Target shooting for both firearms and bows.

• Shopping arcade

Includes Andrew Helm’s weapon shop. Almost any necessary item for missions may be purchased here, modern-day and lower tech only. No military materiel (C4, hand grenades, LAWs, etc.) or automatic weapons. No obviously illegal goods, either.

• Stables

Brent the Wise, a centaur, is in charge of this place, located within easy walking distance of the hotel. Horses (and sometimes other riding or draft animals) are available to be borrowed for missions. IS personnel may also board their own animals here.

  • Brent the Wise - Centaur who runs the Stable and outdoor ranges.
  • Andrew Helm - Person who runs the weapons shop.
  • Solomon - He is “The Bartender” of the “Next Chance” bar which is located on the First floor of the Hilton.
