Marvin Carothers

Involved in the Deathwish Affair and the Discovery Affair.

During the Discovery Affair he reported to Carlton and went by the name of Cagle, who was an international financier whose life he had taken over. The real Cagle was alive and kept drugged in case of need. He was rescued in the affair's aftermath. Major Carlton first contacted Carothers on 2/1/2004.

Carothers set up an intell network and had about 50 agents working for him. He kept track of Infinite Solutions becoming familiar with many aspects of their operations.

Carothers was re-captured at the end of the Discovery Affair and returned to Federal Prison on May 24, 2005.
