Mercenary group leader hired by Major Charles Lenord Carlton in the first part of 2005. He encountered the team during May of 2005.
As a result of those occurrences he ended up taking his team to the Mexican side of the U.S.A. and Mexico border. Rodriquez made the Drug dealers and their trade routes his targets.
