Clean up surrounding the William Walker Affair.
The Team performed an intensive investigation into the six Black Amulet Agents. It was determied that the BA Team entered the Dimension about 3 Months before the IS Team became involved in the affair. It was decided to procure the remains of the 3 that were killed in the confrontatinon in Honduras. The remains were tested extensively before they were creamated.
This testing provided 'proof' that the three were out-dimension. By studying the information and Remains Kef trained herself to recognize the signs when someone was not 'local'. The other three members were unable to be found. A lookout is being kept for them but it appears that they have left the dimension.
In a further attempt to determine what the BA team was trying to accomplish Blake and Kef (expertly disguised) obtained an interview with the still incarcerated Keith Everson on April 10, 2013. Mr. Everson agreed when Blake hinted at involement of Everson lost money.
Using return of some of the money as an incentive, Blake questioned him while Kef read his mind. Everson did not know the true nature of the BA team that assisted them and had been lead to believe it had 8 members - not 6. The BA team served as 'consultants' and 'troubleshooters' for the KGC. Everson thought that they were behind the young VooDoo priestess and were planning to take over the operation at an opportune time. He had put contermeasures in place.
As promised Blake delivered $750,000 to him but kept a watch on him since Kef told him exactly what Everson plannned on doing with the Money.
The Knight of the Golden Circle were destroyed as an organization. The U.S.A. goverment agencies, using the information provided by the team, moved in on the KGC in a huge way. Blake and his Agency testified concerning various matters in support of the Fed cases against them. Axle was involved a little bit because of the truck the KGC Mercs had stolen from his Company. The involvement of Jeremy and Kef went undiscovered.
Blake also began filtering their part of the 72 Million Dolars pulled from Everson and Bickley to the other members of the team.
In March Jeremy quietly took Kef out to the Oil Rig. On a follow-up trip Halley and Gabrielle were also brought out. It was determined that the rig was in what Paula had called a 'normal' manna area. Halley when pressed was able to determine that this seemed to be coming from something on or under the floor of the Gulf and within 20 Yards of the drill pipes.
The Team began the process to purchase the Oil Rig Platform. The intent is to set up a 'research' center on it.

Blake began the process of Setting up a Branch of Security Solution in Miami Florida. By April 27th he has completed all the appropriate paperwork and obtained an office space in the city. Next stage is hiring and setting up.
Blake has given permission for Gabrielle Lawless ot obtain some training from Halley.
In March Blake had a discussion with Rodriguez. Blake offered him the position as head of Solutions Security in Mexico. Rodriquez agreed. Blake gave him until the end of June 2013 to wrap up all of his current obligations. Blake would then provide 6-9 months of training for Rodriguez and any people he would bring with him to Solutions Security. During the next year Blake and Rodriquez would work out the exact structure of the new Solutions Security Branch.

Since Kef found her home in Celina wired to explode, she decides it is unsafe for anyone to live in because it's location is know to the Black Amulet Agents and anyone they informed. So, Kef sells the house to Axle's safe house network. The network then takes oversight/maintenace of the property.
Kef is living out of various places until she decides where she will buy her next house.
During this time Kef is deeply involved in the Group's followup on the William Walker affair.
