Anthony Darr was born into an era when the Governments of the known human settled portions of the Galaxy were suppressive and totally non-democratic. Darr became an ardent revolutionary. But when the revolution succeeded the new government decided that people such as Darr would be best employed as agents searching for lost colonies which needed to be started on the road to Democracy.

Darr became good at this, but finally made a mistake, which lead to his recruitment into Infinite Solutions. Darr is very competent at quite a few things but really excells in the covert skills. Darr has a very strong belief in teamwork and will look out for and educate new recruits as needed.
