Chip

Chip is a member of the Justice Patrol, which operates out of Chicago Illinois.

Chip is almost 5 and a half feet tall and she is four times a normal person's strength. Chip is extremely resistant to damage and recovers quickly from any that she receives. She is a graceful and accomplished fighter able to leap over 20 yard in one jump. Chip is also able to create and throw very deadly stone missiles.

Chip has become the main contact point between the Justice Patrol and Team Infinity.
