He was the object of the 2002 Dragon Hunt.
About 10 miles north of Chicago in Evanston Illinois he had started a group which worshiped him. He appeared and interacted with them regularly.
He had four metas (who knew him as Double) which he hired to do dirty work to advance his master plan:
