Marisa is/was a meta-villain who operated in the Chicago area up to September of 2002. She ran afoul of Team Infinity during the time of the Dragon Hunt. She was captured and released after a selective mind wipe.

Marisa’s power are Extraordinary Dexterity, flight, Personal force field, and Telekenisis.
