Mercury
Mercury is a member of the Justice Patrol, which operates out of Chicago Illinois.
Mercury is a bit under 6 feet tall and wears a Red Battle suit. He can fly but he is able to move much faster on the ground, approaching 200 miles per hour. He employs high powered lasers as his main attack and is so quick that he avoids most attacks.
