Dallas:Kines Old Team

While Kines was gone he got involved in/with a group of people who presented themselves as demon hunters but apparently may be much more than that. Their exact mission and goals are unknown at this point but they have attacked Paula and it seems may be targeting Blake as well. They seem to use simple code names to refer to each other and the members of their group are marked with tattoos that seem to prevent them from revealing themselves or information about the group to outsiders. The fact that John Kines has one of these tattoos may make things difficult at least.

They seem to have an unusually large amount of competent Mages and Psis at their disposal. That fact (along with the little Kines could tell them) has led the Dallas Team to believe that they are from another dimension or world.

They also seem to have access to technology designed to boost natural mental abilities such as Magery and Psionic abilities. So far the group (to its knowledge) has been unable to obtain a sample of this tech. Kef has, however, obtained a journal/notebook that contains detailed technical sketches of certain pieces of this technology as well as text on how to manipulate the technology to make it function. It also has part of a poem on the last page. All of the book was written backwards (mirror image).

The group is led by an individual/entity that has identified itself as Leonardo. This "person" can control some of the members of the group directly but has not done so with John and may not be able to. At this point Kef knows more than any other member of the Dallas team about this group.
