Sapphire:Places:Villon

A remote valley tucked away at the far north east corner of the Troubled Lands. While the mana there is mostly average there are a few stonger areas and the aspect varies from location to location making it feel more powerful than it often is. Magic Items and goods are fairly common here due to this. Also about 1/4th of the popualtion are Mages and most people have some Magical apptitude. Almost all of the popoulation displays a increased sensitivity to mana and the magical arts. This is Corial Gilbets' birth place and home.
