Tobias of the Merchants is a high level member of the thieves’ guild who has the cover of also being an accomplished merchant guild leader. The first real enemy that the team has made on Thule, since they left him tied up naked in the bottom of a stolen carriage. It is highly probably that he is looking for revenge.
