Location This is an alternate Dimension where intelligent life is Earth Human. Technology level is early Space Age. Site was set up when Local time was 2002 AD. This is an overt meta-human world, or as some agents like to refer to it, 'a comic book super hero world'. Meta-humans began appearing on this world in the late 1930's.

Purpose This world serves as a Secondary Headquarters world for Group of Field Agents Here the Field agents are encouraged to take an active visible role in helping solve this worlds problems
